Nicor Gas operates a network of more than 34,000 miles of pipelines, connected to the largest underground storage facilities in the country. Nicor's second largest subsidiary is Tropical Shipping, a containerized shipping business serving the Bahamas and Caribbean regions. Nicor also owns and has equity interest in several unregulated energy-related businesses including: Nicor Services, Nicor Advanced Energy, Nicor Solutions and Nicor Enerchange.
